The quality and workmanship of the products are extremely impressive. Initially when we were scouting for an ID, we didn’t had any idea which company to go with, until we went to one of their current projects to have a look and feel of the carpentry.

The engagement was good as well. They did not fail to give us an update on the progress of the renovation everytime we asked, and will always reassure us of the current status.

The team is friendly, and what we love about them is the likemindedness, as they will never fail to understand our request and even advice for or against with recommendations after.

Came across Koel Interior through IG and contacted them for quotations. After so many IDs that we’ve contacted, only Koel gave us prompt replies and quotation was reasonable. We engaged closely with Chee Yong mainly & Kenneth as well. They gave us assurance that they can complete within the timeline. During the works, they never fail to update us on the progressions. Met the workers onsite to see their work personally. Workmanship was superb. We discussed with Chee Yong the designs that we wanted and they delivered it professionally. He was very patience with us. Compared to others, The renovation cost is reasonable, Workmanship is really good, can't find fault with them. Give us a lot of advices, even source for us the zip track supplier, the cost is reasonable and the quality is also good.
I would surely recommend this ID to others as well.

I was at first skeptical base on the little reviews here however upon meeting Kenneth and his dad on site I find them sincere and reliable. I wanted to get them to do my entire house carpentry too but they were unable to commit. Price was really reasonable, I had 1 bedroom conceal door + 1 storeroom conceal door + storage shelf + 1 full height shoe 2 door cabinet! They are 💯 good and beautiful. Many praises from friends and family who visited our place it’s def the highlight of my house now! They were also extremely kind to give advice and help me look around my house for other aspect of my Reno knowing that we do not know much.
